iPod to PC Transfer Tutorial: How to Move Your iPod Songs to a New Computer

Several months ago I nearly had a heart attack. Not really,
but I felt like I was going to have one when my hard drive
crashed and my entire music collection (worth thousands of
dollars) went with it.

I breathed a sigh of relief when I remembered that my music
library was, for the most part, loaded on my iPod Touch. As
soon as I got my new computer, I downloaded iTunes and
planned to download my music back to the new computer. I
was shocked when I discovered that iTunes did not have an
option to sync from my iPod to iTunes. It only gave me the
option to sync from the iTunes library back to the iPod,
which would effectively wipe out my entire music
collection. That was simply not an option as I am sure you
can understand.

I was quite angry at this point and frustrated that all the
money I had spent on my music collection was about to get
flushed down the toilet. I actually contemplated buying a
new iPod so I would not have to ever sync the old one, but
I eventually thought better of it.

After a day long cooling off period, I started researching
other options. I called some local computer repair guys.
They were worthless. I called Best Buy, where I bought my
computer, and they too were of no help.

I then turned to my friend Yahoo (yes, I'm one of the few
people out there who actually prefer Yahoo to Google). I
quickly read a couple of tutorials for transferring music
back to a computer. Although they gave me hope, I was
simply too afraid to try any of the techniques because I
thought I would screw it all up.

I then ran across a program called Lenogo iPod to PC
Transfer. It was exactly what I wanted. It even had a free
trial so I could test it out. Without a moment's thought, I
downloaded the demo version, installed it on my computer
and fired it up.

I then connected my iTouch to the computer. Inside the
Lenogo interface, I was able to see all of the songs,
playlists and even videos on my iPod. I then selected a
folder in My Documents where I wanted to copy all of the
data and hit the submit button. In about 15 to 20 minutes,
I was done. All of the data was on my computer and ready to
use.

I then ran iTunes and imported the music back into the
library and re-synced the iPod. It was truly a piece of
cake. If you find yourself in a similar position, do not
panic. All is not lost!

Is Your Site Navigation a Can of Worms?

Want your own web site?  If you want a successful one,
you'd better get your navigation straight before you launch
it.

It's a fundamental concept too many other sites neglect.
Simple, user-friendly site navigation helps keep visitors
happy.  If it takes a rocket scientist to figure it out,
they won't be.

So, if your web site menu is so badly organized that a
visitor has to:

- Go to page 'A' then

- Press link 'Q' typed in font size '1'

- To get to link 'R'

- Located in subsection '27B'

- On page '3942GTHJF', which is where the real infomation
begins

Chances are they're going to leave with the 'Home' button,
the 'Bookmarks' menu, or screen closing 'x' in the upper
right hand corner.  No one will even try to deal with your
navigation if it's a can of worms.

So, how can you arrange your navigation to be more
user-friendly?

For ecommerce mini-sites, the theory is simple.  First your

- The navigation should be so easy to understand, anyone
can use it even if they've never seen it before.  This is
important, because if you're starting a new site, no one
ever will have seen it before!

- Include a site map.  A site map is a page which links to
every other page on your site, except for those you want
restricted, like download pages.  Not only is it someplace
for a visitor to find something if all else fails, but they
make your site more spider-friendly.

Want your visitors to NOT be annoyed?  Make sure you have
good site navigation.  If you take the time to make their
lives easier, your site design will pay off for you.

What is Video Analytics

Video Analytics (VA) is one of the most rapidly growing
fields of the video surveillance industry. It is also
known as Intelligent Video Surveillance. Video Analytics
greatly enhances the power and analytical capabilities of
network camera software.

As the name suggest, the purpose of Video Analytics is to
carefully analyze video surveillance footage. Most forms
of VA network camera software are even able to perform
these analyses in real time. The analyses can take many

relationships tab, choose "networking." You can skip the
personal and education tabs for business profiles, but

Facebook users can search pages the same way they search
for people within the network community.

Create your page by going to "Page Manager" in the left
sidebar of your Facebook profile, or by following this

Facebook Pages. Choose the best category for your business.

Use key terms in the name of your Facebook page!

It seems that the actual page name is the only text on a
Facebook page that is used in a search. With that in mind,
use at least two of your best key terms in your page name.

Populate your page with all of your best worksheet
information. You may have only a few seconds to catch a
reader's attention, so put your best key terms forward.

Once your page is in place, add applications to help
represent your company in your own unique way. To find
applications for your page, click on "Applications" in the
upper left corner of your page, or search for them here:

Applications are not difficult to install and are usually
very easy to set up. Use this general rule of thumb when
choosing an application: If you can't figure out how to set
it up after the second try, find another one. There is
often more than one application available to accomplish the
same task.

Facebook page and display the feeds from your business's
main site and newsrooms.

that also gives visitors a personable look into your
